At Adport, it’s important to us that you get to know our team. That’s why we’ve decided to publish a series of interviews with those who make everything possible!
Today we conclude the series by interviewing Tamar Campo, our COO. She started out in Kimia Group, our mother company, as an internal media buying leader and quickly became COO, harboring almost seven years of in-house experience when she joined Adport.
“My personal motto is that you can create what you believe in, and at Adport you can pitch an idea and see it come to fruition, so that’s particularly exciting”, she emphasized.
Check out the complete interview below:
To what do you attribute Adport’s fast growth?
It’s important to say that, because Adport is a part of Kimia Group, it can lean on all of Kimia’s strengths: high technology, business development experience, qualified finance team, amongst others.
Also, a high investment was added to that experience and excellence. The Group believed, and still believes, in the project enough to really bet on it.
So what would you point out about Adport, what makes it different?
It all comes down to our team, they’re the backbone. But, of course, supported by our platform. Our technology is constantly evolving thanks to our potent technical team, which can develop any innovation we come up with. And our Heads are always thinking outside the box, with our publishers and advertisers in mind, striving to offer the best most creative service.
On that note, you take care of the operational, and organizational side of Adport. So how does the team operate?
Yes, so I make sure that everyone is where they need to be in order to be their best version so we can all function like a well-oiled machine – and I think we’ve gotten there. Our team is fantastic. And what I’m proudest of is that we’re all progressing in the same direction.
Everyone has the autonomy and independence to grow their division however they want, but we’re so in synch that we can do so while still walking together toward the same goal. But that’s also because, at the same time, Adport is the result of a huge team effort. We have meetings regularly and everyone contributes, everyone is in the loop about everything.
What do you think the future holds for Adport?
I’m very eager about the events we have ahead in Bangkok. We have the ClickBid World meet-up and the AW Asia conference, which will both be great to promote our platform and maybe get to form new deals and find new partners.
But on a broader scale, I would like for Adport to become a pioneer ad network, not just in technology, but in efficient solutions for publishers and advertisers that are unlike what any other ad network offers.
